Senior Content Writer

About the role

Lumiform is seeking a Senior Content Writer to own content strategy and original research for their B2B SaaS platform. This role focuses on building deep expertise in frontline operations and product functionality to produce high-quality, research-driven content that resonates with an international audience. You will be responsible for creating benchmark reports, industry-specific use case pages, and competitor comparisons to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned topic areas and content clusters by building expertise through primary sources and internal collaboration.
• Conceptualize and execute original research and benchmark reports at an academic level of rigor.
• Produce high-quality content including app use pages, listicles, competitor comparisons, and customer stories.
• Publish and maintain content in WordPress while applying SEO and AEO fundamentals.
• Improve existing content quality, structure, and performance based on data and customer insights.
