Senior Product Manager - Social Experience

About the role

Kraken is seeking a Product Manager with deep UX and interaction design expertise to build social experiences around investing and trading. You will own product decisions, including identifying customer problems, defining scope, and measuring the impact of new features. The role requires a hands-on approach to designing flows, building interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with designers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design complete social journeys including discovery, following, sharing, and responding.
• Shape interaction details such as navigation, information hierarchy, copy, and feedback mechanisms.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate intended behavior and test uncertain components.
• Apply psychological principles to improve user participation and contribution.
• Conduct usability sessions and analyze funnel data to identify and resolve user friction points.
• Define success metrics for product changes and collaborate with data science to evaluate experiments.
