Senior Software Engineer, Support & Integration (C++)

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join the Snke Anatomy Applications team to ensure the reliable integration and support of Digital Patient Model services. You will handle escalated technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with the engineering team while supporting both modern and legacy code bases. The role balances technical support responsibilities with opportunities to contribute to development work.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues in production systems, integration setups, and internal environments.
• Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide clear technical findings to the engineering team.
• Support customers with the integration of services, APIs, and data flows.
• Analyze issues in legacy products and support their continued operation.
• Work with modern C++20 services and debug older C++ code bases.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to development work when support priorities allow.
