Senior React Native Engineer

About the role

You will own the end-to-end development of the consumer mobile app, from architecture to store release. This role involves managing a single React Native codebase for iOS and Android, ensuring high performance, stability, and code quality. You will collaborate with backend teams on API contracts and maintain native modules to support the overall product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the app's architecture, code quality, performance and stability on iOS and Android
• Build and maintain native modules in Swift or Kotlin where React Native is not enough
• Own native build, release and store distribution for iOS and Android
• Agree API contracts with backend engineers and handle offline, retry and error states
• Integrate and maintain third-party SDKs for payments, maps, analytics and messaging
• Build and maintain automated test coverage and run it in CI
• Keep the codebase's AI tooling in version control and review it like code
• Effectively deploy and use AI agents
