About the role
The German Design Council is seeking a communications and marketing professional to lead the communication strategy for the German Design Award. This role involves creating cross-media content, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing complex projects and event communications. The successful candidate will bridge communication strategy with PR, creative direction, and event management.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications for the German Design Award.
- Create target-group specific content for cross-media marketing and image campaigns.
- Research, edit, and write diverse text formats including mailings, speeches, and essays.
- Develop programs and content for award ceremonies, panels, and cooperative events.
- Contribute to the development of communication and marketing instruments.
- Coordinate independently with internal teams, jury members, service providers, and partners.
