About the role

The Marketing Director will serve as a core strategic leader driving global marketing, brand presence, and multi-channel social media accounts. This role involves hands-on ownership of public image, press relations, and executive communications while converting complex technical achievements into compelling narratives. The successful candidate will lead brand governance, steer cross-functional marketing initiatives, and oversee data-driven performance analytics to ensure the company remains top-of-mind in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end global marketing strategy ensuring brand identity consistency.
• Lead execution of internal and external communications including press releases, newsletters, and media inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, mission management, and business development departments.
• Manage media relations, crisis communication, and public speaking engagements for staff.
• Oversee the creation of digital content, social graphics, and campaigns.
• Lead and support company and industry events including launch viewings and conferences globally.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify communication opportunities and risks.
