Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer will own the technical delivery of solutions that embed the monday.com AI Work Platform into customer enterprise tech stacks. This role involves leading complex engagements, architecting integrations, and engineering agentic AI solutions to solve business problems. As a senior team member, you will set technical standards, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with product teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical design of complex, multi-workstream engagements including architecture, integration, security, and governance.
• Lead technical scoping and estimation to shape delivery plans and commercial models.
• Deliver outcome-based engagements focused on measurable business results like throughput and cycle time.
• Engineer complex and agentic AI solutions using the monday.com API, MCP, and apps framework.
• Lead technical consulting engagements applying knowledge in AI transformation, data architecture, and system scale.
• Mentor other engineers and set standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product and R&D teams to extend platform capabilities.

Qualifications
