Founding Engineer

About the role

Almedia is seeking a Founding Engineer to work directly with leadership on high-impact, zero-to-one projects. The role involves taking full ownership of product development from idea to production, moving fast, and building real products end-to-end. You will be responsible for shaping new initiatives and utilizing AI-assisted development tools to deliver high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Build core product features end-to-end from idea to production.
• Take full ownership of projects including scope, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
• Execute critical initiatives such as SDK, network, and new product bets.
• Ship high-quality, testable code at high speed.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape future product development.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot for development.
