Product Manager - UX/UI Focus

About the role

As a Product Manager at Reonic, you will own product problems from discovery through execution, working closely with customers, design, and engineering. You will focus on shaping the UX and UI of the product, turning complex workflows into simple, valuable experiences. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to directly influence the product's look, feel, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design intuitive and efficient user experiences across the product.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts to explore solutions.
• Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to communicate requirements and manage trade-offs.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and product development.
