Product Designer, Enterprise

About the role

Synthesia is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to own the enterprise surface of their AI video platform. You will lead the design of governance, compliance, analytics, and integration systems to support large-scale deployments for Fortune 100 clients. This role involves setting design direction, influencing product roadmaps, and partnering closely with engineering to solve complex enterprise-scale problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
• Design complex governance and compliance systems, including permission models, role hierarchies, and audit logs.
• Develop workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with enterprise infrastructure like SSO and SCIM.
• Create analytics and reporting tools that provide transparency for administrators.
• Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and possibilities, including APIs and widget architectures.
• Scope projects, build proofs of concept, and iterate based on enterprise customer feedback.
