Senior Director, DACH

About the role

The Senior Director of Sales, Central & Eastern Europe will own CoreWeave’s commercial strategy and execution across Germany, the DACH region, Poland, the Baltics, and the Balkans. This leadership role involves building and scaling the regional sales organization, managing customer acquisition and growth, and personally leading strategic customer opportunities. You will report to the VP and Managing Director of EMEA while driving revenue performance and market-capture plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the Central & Eastern Europe business, including regional strategy, revenue performance, and customer acquisition.
• Design regional segmentation, territory, account, and coverage models across various customer segments.
• Build and scale the regional sales organization by recruiting and developing high-performing talent.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Personally develop relationships with senior executives, founders, and strategic stakeholders across the region.
• Lead strategic customer opportunities from initial engagement through commercial negotiation and closure.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and establish a consistent operating cadence for pipeline inspection and account planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
