Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

SS8 is seeking a customer-facing Senior Solutions Engineer to support sales of its portfolio across Law Enforcement, Intelligence Community, and Communications Service Providers in the UK and EMEA region. This role involves translating complex mission needs into deployable, scalable solutions while serving as a primary technical representative to customers. You will partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive technical wins and shape customer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer mission requirements across lawful intercept, location intelligence, and data analytics.
• Represent SS8 and its partner ecosystem in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Own the technical sales cycle including architecture, solution positioning, demos, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to LEA, IC, and telecom stakeholders.
• Develop high-level and detailed architectures integrating SS8 solutions into existing customer environments.
• Partner with account teams to develop winning strategies for new and existing opportunities.
• Provide structured feedback to product management on emerging trends and field-driven insights.
