Group Product Manager, AI-Native Data Warehouse

About the role

The Group Product Manager will lead the development of Dex, an intelligent AI-native data warehouse designed to transform fragmented private markets data into a structured foundation. This zero-to-one role involves defining the multi-year vision and strategy while driving the data backbone for both external products and internal fund administration operations. The successful candidate will manage the entire product pipeline, leveraging AI to solve complex data ingestion, classification, and validation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Transform Dex from an idea into a reality by bringing entrepreneurial craft and energy.
• Define the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dex as an external product and internal data backbone.
• Engage with customers and internal fund administration teams to gather insights and sharpen strategic direction.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Own the product direction for AI-powered capabilities including document ingestion, automated classification, and intelligent data mapping.
• Provide mentorship and product leadership to other product managers while setting direction across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience owning a complex product area end-to-end
• Background in data warehousing, data modeling, and document ingestion
• Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features
