Senior Strategy Associate - Integration & Scaling

About the role

The Strategy Associate will play a central role in executing integration and scaling initiatives across the Arsipa Group. Working closely with the COO and the Group Head of Integration & Scaling, the role involves driving operational improvements and managing the integration of new subsidiaries. This position is key to building a scalable platform within a fast-growing company in the health, safety, and environment sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and steer post-merger integration processes for new subsidiaries along defined milestones.
• Analyze performance KPIs and operational metrics to identify and implement improvement measures.
• Implement group-wide standards, operating procedures, and governance structures across subsidiaries.
• Act as a central interface between corporate functions and local management to coordinate integration and scaling projects.
• Prepare structured project reports and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
