As a Software Engineer, you will build reliable, high-performing, and maintainable digital solutions within agile teams. You will independently manage defined areas of responsibility, assess technical solutions for quality and scalability, and contribute to the digital transformation of customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex features, components, and interfaces independently.
• Assess solutions for quality, effort, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies while developing concrete mitigations.
• Enable stable releases through testing, code reviews, documentation, and clean integration.
• Communicate technical impacts on timing, scope, and quality to stakeholders.
• Improve engineering practices and provide professional support to junior engineers.
