Senior Associate - Venture & Growth

About the role

The Senior Associate will manage the direct deal pipeline for Moonfare's venture and growth investment program, focusing on co-investments and secondaries. This role involves screening inbound opportunities, conducting rigorous due diligence, and authoring investment memos for the investment committee. You will work closely with the Head of VC & Direct Investing to build market relationships and refine investment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the direct deal pipeline from initial opportunity to close.
• Screen inbound co-investments and secondaries and present informed positions to the team.
• Conduct due diligence on business models, founding teams, market size, and technical aspects like cap tables and pricing.
• Author investment memos for the investment committee.
• Build and maintain a network of GPs, intermediaries, and co-investors to secure access to constrained opportunities.
• Refine diligence processes and contribute to sourcing and monitoring tooling.

Qualifications
