Product Manager - Growth

About the role

As a Senior or Staff-level Product Manager for Growth, you will lead a squad focused on discovering, validating, and shipping products to expand into the upmarket segment. This is a greenfield role where you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying target accounts and running discovery to prototyping and converting experiments into signed contracts. You will work closely with the commercial team to solve complex problems for large VC and private equity managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end to end including discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes
• Work closely with Commercial to identify target accounts and conduct discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping
• Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and determine high-ROI product solutions
• Prototype solutions rapidly using AI tooling to validate ideas with prospects
• Run experiments to test hypotheses, killing unsuccessful ones quickly and scaling successful ones
• Convert prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts
• Lead a small team of engineers as a hands-on product manager
