About the role

Ocumeda is building its legal department and seeking a student to support the General Counsel in a growing healthtech scale-up. You will handle diverse legal tasks ranging from contract management and competition law to international expansion projects and legal department digitalization. This role offers the opportunity to take on real responsibilities and contribute to the development of legal processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and management of contracts and help develop standard templates.
• Build digital processes and tools for the legal department, such as contract databases and workflows.
• Prepare legal research and provide structured decision-making foundations.
• Coordinate ongoing projects, monitor deadlines, and bring structure to daily operations.
