About the role

GALVANY is a profitable greentech startup focused on making climate-neutral living accessible through smart heating solutions. As a legal intern or working student, you will support the team in daily operations, ensuring legal matters are handled in a structured and timely manner. You will collaborate with internal departments and external partners while managing administrative and operational legal tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei Vertragsarbeit, z. B. Prüfung und Erstellung von kommerziellen Verträgen, Dienstleister- und Partnervereinbarungen, Aktenpflege
• Juristische Recherchen zu Themen aus dem Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts-, Datenschutz-, Compliance- und Regulierungsumfeld
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Legal-Dokumente, Vorlagen und Checklisten
• Unterstützung bei Compliance- und regulatorischen Themen, inkl. Monitoring relevanter Änderungen
• Mitarbeit an cross-funktionalen Projekten gemeinsam mit Teams wie Sales, Product, People und Finance
• Unterstützung der Legal Operations, z. B. Fristenmanagement, Organisation externer Kanzleiunterlagen und interner Legal-Ressourcen
