About the role
As a Technical Product Owner at NetBird, you will serve as the primary link between users and the engineering team for the core platform, including the dashboard, API, and self-hosted setups. You will manage the daily backlog, translate customer and community feedback into actionable technical requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering, support, and sales. This role requires a hands-on approach to shaping product processes within a fast-moving, small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day backlog in Linear by triaging issues and writing clear tickets with acceptance criteria.
- Build a system for collecting and synthesizing feedback from customers, GitHub, and community channels into well-framed problems.
- Engage directly with users to understand their infrastructure setups and specific technical requirements.
- Plan development cycles with engineering, breaking down large features into shippable components.
- Communicate product updates, release notes, and changelogs to internal stakeholders and external users.
