Platform Reliability & Salesforce Engineer

About the role

Odaseva is seeking a skilled and autonomous engineer to take ownership of platform health, governance, and reliability. This role involves managing Salesforce environments while driving global platform monitoring initiatives to ensure end-to-end reliability for production systems. The successful candidate will apply a broad technical mindset to evolve infrastructure, maintain compliance, and implement proactive monitoring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain production and sandbox environments including access control and SSO.
• Track seasonal releases, perform impact analyses, and ensure platform compliance.
• Lead security audits and serve as the direct technical contact for support.
• Implement proactive monitoring tools and processes to detect and resolve incidents.
• Contribute to incident resolution and participate in postmortem-to-prevention loops.
• Develop and optimize release management scripts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute development user stories and configuration tasks using Apex, SOQL, and Flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
