Engineering Manager

About the role

Tremendous is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the new Prepaid Cards team as it expands into new card types and regions. You will be responsible for coaching engineers, ensuring technical quality, and driving architecture decisions. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and operates within an async-first, low-meeting culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prepaid Cards team and oversee its expansion into new markets.
• Grow engineers' careers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and thoughtful feedback.
• Own technical quality by conducting code reviews and setting high standards.
• Collaborate with product managers to define team processes and workflows.
• Drive AI adoption within the team while maintaining high standards of code quality.
