Senior Accountant

About the role

Rivada Space Networks is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial accounting and tax filings. This role involves preparing financial statements under HGB and US GAAP while coordinating with international subsidiaries and contributing to accounting process design.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing day-to-day financial accounting
• Responsibility for monthly advance sales tax returns and other tax filings
• Preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in collaboration with external consultants
• Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and U.S. GAAP
• Serve as the liaison between accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as other financial departments such as Treasury and Controlling
• Act as the point of contact for general accounting and tax issues
• Coordinate and manage financial matters with international subsidiaries
• Contribute to process design in the accounting department

Qualifications
