Senior Accountant

About the role

Rivada Space Networks is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day financial accounting and support the preparation of financial statements. This role involves coordinating with international subsidiaries and contributing to process design within the accounting department. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment focused on space technology.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing day-to-day financial accounting
• Responsibility for monthly advance sales tax returns and other tax filings
• Preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in collaboration with external consultants
• Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and U.S. GAAP
• Serve as the liaison between accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as other financial departments such as Treasury and Controlling
• Act as the point of contact for general accounting and tax issues
• Coordinate and manage financial matters with international subsidiaries
• Contribute to process design in the accounting department

Qualifications
