About the role

Sézane is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join the team in Paris for a minimum 6-month contract. The role involves collaborating on store assortments, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with retail points of sale to optimize product placement and stock management. The successful candidate will support the Head of Retail Merchandising in driving commercial success across European locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the creation and weekly updating of store assortments based on commercial calendars and local feedback.
• Define target implementation levels for new products by category and boutique.
• Conduct ad-hoc performance analyses to develop concrete action plans.
• Manage weekly interactions with points of sale regarding assortment adjustments.
• Coordinate product proposals, sample shipments, and legend validation for department stores and press partners.
• Manage inter-season and end-of-season returns and stock adjustments in coordination with the supply team.
• Participate in store visits to optimize customer satisfaction and support the opening of new locations.
