About the role

1Password is seeking a back-end leaning Senior Developer to join the Growth Team. This role focuses on building new self-serve experiences, evolving systems that power product growth, and driving rapid experimentation across B2B product suites.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the experimentation platform including feature flags, instrumentation, and data quality
• Lead the design and implementation of experiments that drive activation, engagement, and expansion
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to refine hypotheses and define measurable outcomes
• Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security
• Raise the bar for code quality, observability, and performance across the team
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pairing
• Identify technical opportunities to unlock new growth mechanisms
