Senior AI Engineer, Agents and Platform

About the role

You will own the platform architecture for anzel, an AI-driven solution for the sports business industry. You will lead the development of reliable, scalable AI agents that automate complex commercial tasks while ensuring data security and system dependability. Working alongside a senior team, you will guide AI-assisted coding processes and maintain a robust engineering system.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the platform architecture for AI agents, including orchestration, memory, and retrieval systems.
• Develop the tool layer and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure secure, versioned, and scoped agent access.
• Collaborate on infrastructure, security, and compliance to ensure customer data isolation and protection against prompt injection.
• Implement and manage a quality pipeline with automated evaluations and tracing for every change.
• Lead engineering practices including continuous delivery, code reviews, and rapid release cycles.
