Backend Engineer - Agentic AI

About the role

Getpress is building a service-as-a-software platform for the PR industry, focusing on AI-driven workflows and multi-agent systems. As a Backend Engineer, you will own the technical foundation of the platform, developing agentic systems and shaping the system architecture. You will work closely with the management team to define the future of PR technology through rapid development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop the PR platform that serves as the operating system for the agency.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems including self-learning loops.
• Shape system architecture including workflows, data models, and compliance.
• Advance database architecture using relational and vector databases.
