About the role

The Director of Engineering, Cloud & Reliability will lead infrastructure transformation and establish industry-leading reliability practices. This role is responsible for evolving the platform to be scalable, secure, and highly available to support rapid growth across various market segments. You will lead a team of infrastructure and reliability engineers while driving technical strategy for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term infrastructure and security strategy to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure and reliability engineers while fostering operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Services, and Data Engineering teams to provide robust infrastructure foundations.
• Drive architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure, security systems, and operational practices.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices to ensure high availability.
• Manage compliance with industry standards such as PCI, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
