Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of un-crewed maritime and air domain systems. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex software and hardware projects. This role requires a partner to engineering teams who can drive velocity, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day schedules and engineering management of an integrated project team
• Plan, coordinate and execute test events involving software and hardware
• Identify, resolve, and escalate key cross-team dependencies
• Remove obstacles to drive clarity and progress across multiple programs
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive program execution and team velocity
• Manage and accelerate cross-team projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Track and communicate the progress of key programs to stakeholders
