Solutions Architect

About the role

Apaleo is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical voice for strategic customers as the company expands its AI agent platform. You will lead technical discovery, design custom solutions, and build proofs of concept to help hoteliers modernize their operations. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical delivery, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate field insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic accounts.
• Build and deliver fast, working proofs of concept in safe test environments.
• Design and build AI agents and automations using tools like n8n or Make.
• Provide hands-on delivery and short-term solutions to unblock deals or fill product gaps.
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates for future engagements.
• Provide actionable product feedback based on field evidence and prototypes.
