About the role

Apaleo is seeking a technical expert to serve as the primary technical voice for strategic customers during a period of AI-driven transformation in the hospitality industry. You will lead technical discovery, scope solutions, build proofs of concept, and design AI agents to help operators achieve their goals. This role bridges the gap between customer needs and product development, requiring a blend of hands-on technical delivery and strategic architectural guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution scoping for strategic accounts.
• Build and deliver fast, working proofs of concept in safe test environments.
• Design and build AI agents and automations using n8n, Make, and internal platforms.
• Provide hands-on delivery for short-term solutions to unblock deals or fill product gaps.
• Conduct post-sale health checks and scope integrations for expanding customers.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates for future engagements.
• Provide actionable product feedback based on field evidence and prototypes.
