• Leading and coordinating all internal and external project participants to ensure efficient and solution-oriented collaboration.
• Monitoring project progress through regular quality and site inspections and initiating appropriate control measures.
• Participating in the acquisition of new projects and advising clients on the development of future-oriented project strategies.
