About the role

UNDKRAUSS is seeking a Team Leader to act as a bridge between planners and construction project teams for Design & Build projects in interior construction. The role involves managing project teams across all relevant service phases for diverse asset classes including office, hotel, and retail. You will be responsible for cost, schedule, and quality control while coordinating interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Projektteams über alle relevanten Leistungsphasen hinweg
• Projektleitung für anspruchsvolle Ausbauprojekte in diversen Assetklassen
• Steuerung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
• Eigenverantwortliche, kontinuierliche Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung
• Koordination und Führung externer Fachplaner als zentrale Schnittstelle
• Externe und interne Stakeholderbetreuung im gesamten Planungsverlauf
• Umsetzung von Design & Build Projekten interdisziplinarisch mit den Bauteams

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium der Architektur
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Projektteams
