Senior Security Engineer

About the role

The Senior Security Engineer will play a central role in securing Docebo's cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS environments. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving cloud security controls across the stack, from infrastructure provisioning to runtime detection and compliance enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture of AWS environments, including account structures, service control policies, and baseline configurations.
• Partner with Cloud Infrastructure to integrate security controls into IaC workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents, including triage, containment, and post-mortem analysis.
• Build and maintain detection coverage for cloud-native threats using SIEM and cloud-native tools.
• Own vulnerability management for cloud workloads and drive remediation efforts with engineering teams.
• Define and enforce least-privilege principles across AWS IAM and federated identity systems.
