Senior Software Engineer - INSTORE

About the role

The Tech4instore team aims to improve the experience for store teammates and customers by addressing technical pain points and accelerating deployment. As a senior developer, you will join an agile feature team to build and maintain critical applications for Decathlon. You will provide technical expertise, design scalable architectures, and ensure high code quality across backend and frontend projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical expertise across all team projects.
• Participate in technical architecture design to ensure scalability and evolutivity.
• Engage in design workshops for both front and back-end products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and define technical standards.
• Promote development best practices to ensure code quality.
• Stay updated on new technologies and propose their integration.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to task planning and team process improvement.
