About the role

The IT System Administrator for Identity & Access Management will be responsible for operating and maintaining central IT systems related to user, identity, and permission management. This role involves configuring system interfaces, automating account and role processes, and providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support to ensure high data quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate central IT systems for user, identity, and permission management.
• Configure and maintain interfaces to connected systems to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Develop and automate processes for user accounts, roles, permissions, and regular audits.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues within 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Document systems and processes while supporting IT security and compliance requirements.
