Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer acts as the technical bridge between the company's AI-native supply chain platform and client operations. This role involves building custom integrations, deploying AI workflows directly within client environments, and ensuring the reliability of live implementations. You will define the forward deployment function by translating field insights into product improvements and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between the platform and client systems such as ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses.
• Deploy alongside clients to understand operational workflows and configure reliable system connections.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI workflows including agentic flows, prompt engineering, and output evaluation.
• Own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of live deployments by identifying and fixing failure modes.
• Translate field experiences into structured product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks.
