Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of integrating the company's AI-native supply chain platform into client environments. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, client operations, and AI implementation, requiring the candidate to build custom integrations, design AI workflows, and ensure the reliability of live deployments. The successful candidate will define the forward deployment function while working directly with clients to solve complex supply chain challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between the platform and client systems such as ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses.
• Deploy alongside clients to understand operational workflows and configure systems for reliable performance.
• Design, implement, and iterate on AI workflows including agentic flows, prompt engineering, and output evaluation.
• Own the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of live deployments by identifying and fixing failure modes.
• Translate field learnings into structured product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks.
