Senior Business Data Scientist

About the role

The Senior Business Data Scientist bridges business, consulting, and AI expertise to frame high-value use cases and drive AI adoption for clients. You will act as a Data & AI Product Owner, steering squads from Proof of Value to production while ensuring business value and operational impact. This role requires a hybrid profile capable of connecting technical AI solutions with strategic business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day relationship with business and CDO/CIO sponsors to understand strategic challenges.
• Frame high-value Data & AI use cases and translate business needs into AI opportunities.
• Act as Data & AI Product Owner, managing product vision, backlogs, and delivery governance.
• Align business teams and leadership around AI roadmaps and transformation priorities.
• Challenge the feasibility and industrialization of GenAI, LLM, and ML solutions with technical teams.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting RFPs, and scoping projects.
• Mentor and coach Junior Business Scientists and contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing.
