Senior Data Scientist

About the role

Constructor is seeking Senior Data Scientists to apply statistics and machine learning to solve complex problems for large-scale ecommerce platforms. You will design and analyze experiments, evaluate ranking and recommendation algorithms, and connect model performance to key business outcomes like revenue and conversion. The role involves working across multiple teams to generate actionable insights from large-scale behavioral data.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests measuring impact on key business metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning to solve business and product problems
• Develop a deep understanding of how our search, ranking, and personalization algorithms work, and how to evaluate and improve them
• Analyze large-scale behavioral data to generate insights and recommendations for customers and internal teams
• Build analyses, models, and tools that help teams make better decisions
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders
