Implementation Consultant

About the role

The Implementation Consultant owns the customer relationship post-signature and is responsible for the successful deployment of Samsara's solutions. This role involves defining and delivering project plans, working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customers achieve value from their investment. The position requires travel to customer sites for up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor managing the deployment of Samsara technology to customers.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business operations.
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, communications, and training.
• Run training sessions, demonstrate technology, and resolve obstacles with executives and end-users.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel while working cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications
