Implementation Specialist

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at Hawk, you will transform customer requirements into functioning solutions for transaction monitoring, customer screening, and fraud detection. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process from contract signature to go-live, ensuring regulatory compliance and technical integration. This role requires bridging the gap between complex financial crime prevention needs and technical system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer AML, fraud, and screening requirements to advise on best-practice configuration.
• Translate policies, screening algorithms, and regulatory requirements into the Hawk platform setup.
• Lead technical deployment and integration with customer systems via API or batch mechanisms.
• Support customers through testing, UAT, and transition to production environments.
• Deliver functional and technical training to customer teams.
• Manage implementation projects from signature to go-live, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issues.
• Document configuration decisions and reasoning for audit and regulatory purposes.
