About the role

Getpress is building the PR company of the future by focusing on outcome-driven strategies and AI-first workflows. As a Senior PR Manager, you will develop individual PR strategies for B2B and B2C clients, act as a strategic sparring partner at the C-level, and leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and media placement. You will join a team of journalists and PR strategists to manage communications and build long-term relationships with media professionals across the DACH region and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Develop individual PR strategies for B2B and B2C clients with a focus on media placement
• Manage client communications, plan quarterly goals, and track KPIs
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for C-level clients
• Utilize internal AI tools for research, pitch preparation, and topic scouting
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists in the DACH region and Europe
• Share knowledge and provide peer-to-peer feedback within the team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operational PR, ideally in an agency environment
• Proven track record of placing clients in German leading and trade media
• C2 level proficiency in German
• Professional proficiency in English
