Senior Product Designer

About the role

You will lead product design at Refractal, focusing on the operator console, policy authoring, investigation, and audit views. Your work will shape how security, risk, and compliance teams identify and respond to AI-enabled threats. You will be responsible for the design system and ensuring complex technical data is translated into clear, efficient user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design core workflows, including policy authoring, real-time triage, investigations and audit reporting.
• Turn dense technical data, such as agent activity, detections and evidence, into clear, fast interfaces.
• Build and maintain our design system in Figma, and work with engineers to ship it in React.
• Run research with security analysts, compliance leads and engineers at customer organisations.
• Shape our brand and website visuals with our content and marketing lead.
