Product Designer

About the role

The Product Designer will support the team for approximately six months, ensuring Assai products solve meaningful customer problems through intuitive and efficient user experiences. This role involves combining customer research, product discovery, and design to shape products from concept through delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers and engineers to translate business objectives into coherent product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Designing coherent end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise workflows, from concept to production.
• Planning and conducting customer research, synthesizing insights into actionable product opportunities.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to shape product direction, priorities and outcomes.
• Evolving the design system, interaction patterns and visual language while maintaining accessibility and usability.
• Advocating for customer-centered, evidence-based design and sharing knowledge across the organization.

Qualifications
