Azure Engineer

About the role

As an Azure Engineer, you will design and operate future cloud platforms and manage the integration of customer environments into Microsoft Cloud services. You will provide 1st-level support, resolve user issues, and maintain Microsoft 365 and identity services. This role requires a hands-on approach to infrastructure management, documentation, and process optimization within an ITIL-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level support for customers via phone, email, and remote access
• Analyze, resolve, and document user issues in a structured manner
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage identity services including Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and SSPR
• Handle endpoint basics, access rights, and license assignments
• Work according to ITIL processes in ServiceNow and manage tickets through to resolution
• Create documentation and maintain the knowledge base
