About the role
Lefebvre Sdu is looking for a Senior Scala Engineer to take technical ownership of their content pipeline, which serves as the backbone for their legal AI platform, GenIA-L. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing mission-critical infrastructure while helping to build and mentor a dedicated internal team. This role involves balancing backend development with data engineering tasks to ensure the platform remains reliable and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Take technical leadership of the content pipeline infrastructure.
- Improve and maintain existing mission-critical software systems.
- Mentor new engineers and contribute to team growth and hiring decisions.
- Define technical direction regarding architecture, quality, and development practices.
- Collaborate with backend, front-end, DevOps, UX, and AI engineering teams.
