About the role

Ralph Management GmbH is seeking a Senior WEG-Verwalter to manage residential property communities using a modern, AI-driven approach. You will focus on strategic advisory and relationship management while supported by dedicated teams for customer success, maintenance, and accounting. This role involves leading owner meetings and collaborating with the product team to improve property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with advisory boards and guide communities throughout the year.
• Moderate hybrid and digital owner meetings using proprietary software.
• Act as a liaison to the product team to help develop and refine management software.
• Optionally engage in business development to acquire new clients.
