The role focuses on strategic advisory and relationship management, supported by dedicated teams for customer success, maintenance, and accounting. You will act as a key interface between property owners and the company's product development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with property advisory boards and guide communities throughout the year.
• Moderate hybrid and digital owner meetings using proprietary software.
• Act as an interface to the product team to improve software functionality for property managers.
• Optionally engage in business development to acquire new customers.
